CISER supports the evolving computational and data needs of Cornell social scientists and economists throughout the entire research process and data life cycle. They were in need of an identity that would support their undeniable expertise, but still feel approachable and would align with the Cornell brand. The solution was a typographic logo accompanied by secondary graphics, like icons and patterns, that would be used on their website and other collateral. The hand-drawn letter forms were endlessly refined to best represent the essence of CISER.
